HUMAN VS INTELLIGENT MACHINE


Man always afraid from his future and thing about those things which could come in front of his success? Now in 21st century the most debate able topic is ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. All IT professional, the think tank of world is taking about the machines who can think and every individual have some questions in his mind. Will machine take our human? Will human need in industry becomes Needless?

The war of human vs. machine start when man start working On machine brain and comparing him with machine the biggest Defeat of human vs. machine in 20th century I think was the chess match Between on of the greatest player of chess in history Garry Kasparov Champion of that time vs. IBM supercomputer Deep Blue held in May 1997. The match won by machine this was a great win of Artificial Intelligence. The fact that the key to Deep Blue's success was Its sheer compute power rather than a deep understanding, exhibited by expert chess players, of the game itself. I like some lines when I was reading a article these are:

“Our most powerful 21st-century technologies - robotics, genetic engineering, and nanotech - are threatening to make humans an endangered species.”

Computer scientists succeed in developing intelligent machines that can do all things better than human beings can do them. In that case presumably all work will be done by vast, highly organized systems of machines and no human effort will be necessary. Then I think  two cases might occur. The machines might be permitted to make all of their own decisions without human oversight, or else human control over the machines might be retained.

If the machines are permitted to make all their own decisions, we can't make any conjectures as to the results, because it is impossible to guess how such machines might behave. It might be argued that the human race would never be foolish enough to hand over all the power to the machines. But we are suggesting neither that the human race would voluntarily turn power over to the machines . People won't be able to just turn the machines off, because they will be so dependent on them that turning them off would amount to suicide.

I can’t understand this phenomena of human  onside we want to develop the machine that take over human and work without  human efforts  and on the other hand we are  also afraid from our future. About this situation i will say this line:

“You're highly educated. BUT you should still be afraid”.
